The Controlled Felling Rigid Mount 400 Combi is a tree felling and loading attachment that works very efficiently with trunks as small as 2” and as large as 16”. The knife is used for most cuts as it is fast and requires very little maintenance. However, when a tree exceeds the knife’s capacity, the saw can be engaged with the press of a button.
The Controlled Felling Rigid Mount allows for precisely controlled felling and handling of trees. A screw-drive rotator (including a limitless swivel) is often added to increase maneuverability. This setup is ideal when working around houses, workers, or vehicles.
